Meet Rene Tirres, a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry whose career began at just 14 years old. Starting in a sheet metal shop as a layout employee, Rene quickly developed a deep understanding of HVAC systems, which he leveraged early on by bidding projects for contractors.
Over the past 26 years, Rene has built strong relationships with HVAC distributors and established himself as an expert in the El Paso and Las Cruces markets. His hands-on experience, market knowledge, and commitment to customer service have made him a trusted leader in the industry.
Rene has successfully led and grown a major HVAC distribution operation in the region, driving significant market share and expanding presence across residential new construction, light commercial, and cross-border markets, including Juarez, Mexico. His strategic vision and dedication to personalized service have consistently delivered results and strengthened customer partnerships.
Now serving as General Manager of Jackson Supply Company, Rene is focused on expanding the company’s footprint, enhancing service offerings, and driving continued growth through innovative HVAC solutions tailored to the needs of El Paso and the surrounding communities.
Rene’s passion for the industry and proven leadership continue to shape the heating and cooling landscape of the Southwest.
